Warning: Sometimes googlemaps, mapquest, and GPS systems will send you the back way which is a lovely drive too. However, be aware that these systems sometimes think that 46th connects Shincke Rd, Lemon Rd, and Libby Rd - it doesn't. |
The easiest way is from downtown.......
From I-5 take the Port of Olympia exit At the light, get on to Plum St. When you cross over State St., Plum turns into East Bay Dr. (the water will be on the left) At Priest Point Park, East Bay Dr. turns into Boston Harbor Rd. Continue on Boston Harbor Rd. for 2 miles Turn right on 46th Ave. (just before the Gull Harbor Lutheran Church) At the end of 46th, turn left on Libby Rd. The Beauty Temple is the 2nd driveway on the right 4726 Libby Rd. NE Look for the Japanese style frame with the big metal ‘fern-heart’ logo (See photo above. You cannot see the building from the road – continue down the long gravel driveway & follow signs. Beauty Temple entrance is around back.) |
